1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (concep.services) and the services provided by Concep IT Services, a software company registered in Pakistan and headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan (“Concep IT Services”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use this website or engage our services.

2. Description of Services

Concep IT Services provides the following categories of services:

• Ember Platform — A proprietary SaaS platform for intelligent business applications, including Ember REI (Real Estate Leads Intelligence). Ember includes AI-assisted features such as conversational data entry, lead intelligence, and pipeline automation. Access to and use of the Ember platform is governed separately by Ember’s own service terms, which will be provided to Ember tenants at the time of onboarding.
• Software Outsourcing and Development Services — Custom software design, engineering, and delivery for international clients. The specific scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and intellectual property terms for each outsourcing engagement are set out in individual signed agreements (Statements of Work or equivalent client agreements), which take precedence over these general Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Use of This Website

This website is a static informational site. By using it, you agree:

• To use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Not to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content via contact channels associated with this site.
• Not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.

We make no warranty that this website will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the site without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, product names, and the Ember brand — is owned by or licensed to Concep IT Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Intellectual property ownership in relation to outsourced client work (including code, designs, or deliverables created for a client) is governed exclusively by the applicable signed client agreement or Statement of Work, not by these Terms.

5. Client Engagements and Service Delivery

This website is informational only and does not constitute an offer or binding commitment to provide any specific services. Any engagement with Concep IT Services for software development, outsourcing, or access to the Ember platform will be formalised through a separate signed agreement.

The actual scope, deliverables, payment terms, timelines, warranties, and all other material terms of any engagement are set out in that individual agreement, which takes precedence over anything stated on this website.

We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Concep IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, including any reliance on information presented herein.

Our total liability arising out of your use of this website (as distinct from any signed client engagement) shall not exceed PKR 10,000 (ten thousand Pakistani Rupees) or the equivalent in any other currency.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this website or its content shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
