Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Concep IT Services, headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan, is the data controller for personal information collected in connection with this website (concep.services). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
1. What Information We Collect
This is a fully static website. We do not operate any web forms, user accounts, or server-side data collection on this site. Accordingly, we do not directly collect personal information from visitors beyond the following:
- Hosting logs — Standard server or CDN access logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) may be generated automatically by our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages). These logs are generated at the infrastructure level and are not used for profiling or targeted advertising. Retention is governed by Cloudflare’s own policies.
- Contact via email — If you choose to contact us at info@concep.services, we will receive and store the email you send, including any personal information you include in that message (such as your name and contact details). This is not an automated collection — it occurs only if you actively choose to send us an email.
We do not collect payment information, financial data, or sensitive personal data through this website.
2. Analytics
At the time of writing, this website does not use any analytics, tracking, or statistics tools. If analytics are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before any such tool is deployed, and we will disclose which tool is used and what data it collects.
3. Cookies
This website does not set any tracking or analytics cookies. Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) may set technical cookies necessary for performance and security; these are infrastructure-level cookies and are not used to identify you personally or to track your behaviour across websites.
If analytics or third-party tools are added in the future, we will update this policy and implement appropriate cookie consent mechanisms at that time.
4. How We Use Contact Email Submissions
Contact with us happens via the email link on our Contact page (info@concep.services). This is a standard “mailto:” link that opens your own email client — it does not submit data to any form backend.
If you send us an email:
- We will use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry.
- We will not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
- We will not share your email or personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.
5. Data Retention
Emails and associated personal information received via contact inquiries are retained only for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve the inquiry. We do not maintain a long-term database of contact inquiries from this website.
6. Third Parties
We do not currently share, sell, or transfer personal data collected through this website to any third-party data processors for marketing purposes. The only third party with incidental access to infrastructure-level data is our hosting provider, Cloudflare, whose own privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
If we engage additional third-party processors in the future (for example, if analytics are added), we will disclose this in an updated version of this policy before doing so.
7. International Clients, Ember Platform Users, and Outsourcing Engagements
This Privacy Policy applies only to this website (concep.services). It does not govern the handling of client or customer data in the following contexts:
- Ember platform tenants and their end users — Data processed within the Ember platform on behalf of a client (including any tenant’s own customer data) is governed by Ember’s own service agreement and data processing terms, provided to each tenant at onboarding.
- Software outsourcing clients — Any personal or business data shared with Concep IT Services during an outsourcing or software development engagement is governed by the terms of the applicable signed client agreement or Statement of Work, which takes precedence over this policy for that engagement.
If you are an international client or user and have questions about data handling specific to your engagement or Ember tenancy, please refer to the relevant agreement or contact us at info@concep.services.
8. Your Rights and Privacy Contact
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict processing.
To exercise any of these rights, or if you have any questions or concerns about how we handle your personal information, please contact us at:
We will endeavour to respond to all legitimate privacy requests within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal obligations. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of this website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
